1901 the 1901 census gives him as a railway guard living at Knox Road, Battersea, London.
1914 on April 12th he witnessed the marriage of his daughter Fanny Agnes Jaggard (my grandmother) to Percy George Ford (my grandfather).
1919 November 16th died at Weymouth (familysearch.com). Occupation listed as Lodginghouse Keeper in Weymouth Burials Index, with a date of July 17th.
Arthur Elijah Jaggard was a Southern Railway guard living at Knox Road according to the 1901 census and at 94 Speke Road according to research by Sandy Pearcey.
