Blashford Lakes, Hampshire
Wednesday February 6th 2019
My annual visit to Blashford Lakes didn't turn up any remotely unusual sightings this year, but I did get some nice videos of Chaffinches in a natural setting instead of on the bird feeders. Shame about the sound track though.
The next hide had a very smart Great Egret sat in front of it.
Also a drake Pochard obsessed with getting his feathers just right. At this point I was so fed up with the noise from the other birders in the hide I turned the sound off.
